Silver Star was fully pre-sold prior to being built in 2007-2008. The project includes 79 condos, and 22 cottages. All developer units have sold, but you can find a handful of resale properties. The units range in three major styles, flats, townhomes, and cottages. These give a wide range of layouts and sizes from 2 bedroom condos to 5 bedroom cottages from 1,400 - 4,200 square feet. The community includes a clubhouse with a small fitness center and an outdoor patio with pool. There is an owners locker room at the lift plaza.

Cottages:
The Cottages at Silver Star are the ultimate in luxury mountain home living. Nestled in their own private canyon, these stunning four, five and six-bedroom homes offer a mountain craftsman quality both inside and out. From their distinctive metal roofs to the hand-tooled Alder cabinetry, every aspect of the Cottages will delight. These are technically townhomes, and you might have an attahced neighbor to either side of your condo unit. These truly do live more like single family homes with large living rooms, kitchens and dinings areas with an open floorplan and tall vaulted ceilings. Townhomes: 
The Silver Star Village Town homes offer three-level living and come in a variety of floor plan configurations from two, three and four bedroom models. Unique with these townhomes is you park underground right outside your units door. From your car, you walk directly into your unit. No other owners above or below, but possibly neighboring units on either side.

Village Lofts: 
The Silver Star Village Lofts offers single-level living and come in a variety of floor plan configurations from two, three and four bedroom models. Often referred to as the "stacked-flats" you come up the elevator from the undeground parking, and then walk down a hallway to your unit. The appeal of the Lofts is the single level living. Without stairs in the floorplan, the Village Lofts or "stacked-flats" feel larger and more open that the Townhomes, and generally sell for higher prices.

Silver Star Chair Lift: Just steps from your backdoor is the recently installed Silver Star Chair Lift. This fixed-grip, triple chair lift provides access to and from all the ski runs at The а®ÌåÓý Mountain Resort, and is the quickest way to the best upper-mountain and back bowl skiing.

Artisan community: Using the restored historic mining buildings, our current plans call for an Artists-in-Residence facility that will provide office and studio space, as well as residences to a small number of artists during the spring and summer months. A collaboration with the University of Utah College of Humanities is in the works along with plans host a renowned non-profit group who will use the mine building facility during the winter months.

Commercial Village: These eclectic and intimate settings will also offer convenient options for residents wanting to grab a quick bite to eat or drop off skis to be tuned. As a further convenience, a bus stop is planned in front of the Spiro building. Retail components include a café/coffee shop, ski shop, а®ÌåÓý Mountain Resort ticket office, property management office.
