Payday is ideally located on Three Kings Drive across the street from the newer Silver Star development. Silver Star is a ski-in, and ski-out property and guests of Payday can easily access the Silver Star ski lift by walking across the street and taking the public elevator up to the ski plaza. The FREE а®ÌåÓý bus also runs along Three Kings Drive so getting to Main Street or Deer Valley ski resort is also easy. Many of the Payday condos back up to the а®ÌåÓý public golf course enjoying views of the fairways, greens, and ponds.

Payday was built in 1972 and includes 51 townhome condos. These condos also include outdoor decks and patios, allowing owners to have private hot tubs.
