Utah's 12 downhill ski resorts rank with the best in the world, which creates great real estate opportunities! Avid skiers and boarders crave our deep, dry powder, long runs and varied terrain that constitute the "Greatest Snow on Earth." Skiing typically begins statewide in mid- to late-November, and generally continues through April, with Snowbird often staying open through May, and even into June! Most of these ski resorts are within only an 45 minute drive from the Salt Lake Internationl Airport, its just so easy to get here! Our resorts hosted some of the world's top athletes during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Since then, propelled by momentum from that exposure, our resorts have expanded and upgraded facilities, and continually offer a top experience in terms of skier satisfaction, snow conditions and amenities.
With the purest snow offered by Mother Nature, Utah provides the greatest skiing terrain possible. From northern Utah to southwestern Utah, ski resorts are scattered throughout the state. But Utah ski resorts offer more than powder. They afford visitors with a full range of lodging, dining, and entertainment. Utah ski resorts are committed to making certain your nights off the slopes are just as perfect as your days on the slopes! For the best, most up-to-date info on all of our Utah Ski Resorts, visit:

Its SO EASY to get here!
I love this video! It's just such a great example of how EASY it is to get here. Fly in to Salt Lake City from just about anywhere, and after a very short and easy commute, you are skiing. For real, travel in the morning and you can ski all afternoon. On the day you leave, if you travel in the afternoon, you can ski all morning before you need to go. Where else can you acheive that?!
