The practice of yoga has been around for centuries. Originating in India, yoga was introduced to America in the late 1800s. Since then, yoga has grown tremendously in popularity. In fact, millions of people practice yoga on a daily basis. There are several boutique yoga studios throughout а®ÌåÓý that will teach you how to move your body, train your mind to ward off anxiety and focus on mindfulness. Yoga is especially helpful after a day of skiing all that pow or to stretch and loosen your muscles beforehand!
