For 2021, а®ÌåÓý is changing up the schedule for one of our most popular holidays. Independence Day in а®ÌåÓý is widely regarded as one of the best times to visit. Over the years, this holiday has seen packed crowds, throughout the day, with many family-friendly activities. а®ÌåÓý has decided to space the holiday celebration over three days to space out the crowd levels as we emerge from the COVID pandemic. This year, the 4th of July falls on a Sunday. The famous а®ÌåÓý Parade will be on Friday the 2nd. For Saturday the 3rd, we'll have the Air Force Flyover and outdoor concerts at а®ÌåÓý's Canyons Village. Sunday will feature the Park Silly Sunday Market and a car-free Main Street.

We also want to remind the community that under the advisement of the а®ÌåÓý Fire District and Summit County Fire Warden and in consideration of the current wildfire risk conditions, а®ÌåÓý will not be hosting any fireworks display this year.

12:00-5:00 p.m. – Rugby Games at North City Park
7:30 p.m. – Deer Valley Music Festival Concert – Patriotic Pops - Purchase Tickets in Advance

Saturday, July 3

10:00 a.m. – Flyover by Hill Air Force Base on Main Street
4:00-9:00 p.m. – 3rd of July Celebration and live music at Canyons Village. Details here:

Sunday, July 4

7:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. – Park Silly Sunday Market and Car Free Main Street
11:00 a.m. – Police Memorial Service at Schreur’s Plaza (500 block on West Side of Main Street between Lunds Gallery and Bangkok Thai)
All Day – а®ÌåÓý Fourth of July Volleyball Tournament at North City Park

Monday, July 5

6:30 p.m. – Noches De Verano (Summer Night Latin Concerts) at South City Park
