The next Deer Valley project by East West Partners will soon be announced. Founder's Place is located within the private gated community of Deer Crest, at the base of the Mountaineer chairlift at Deer Valley® Resort. Other East West Projects in Deer Valley include; Argent, One Empire Pass, Flagstaff, Arrowleaf, Shooting Star, Larkspur, and Paintbrush – all located in Empire Pass.

Founder Place offers direct ski-in and ski-out in the Deer Crest community at Deer Valley Resort. This private and secluded location is just below the St Regis Deer Valley hotel, with almost no sense of neighboring properties or homes.

Sparano & Mooney of Salt Lake City created the modern mountain contemporary architectural design, featuring big window walls, clean lines, and open floor plans. Through-building unit design allows each unit to maintain beautiful views looking south, up the ski runs, and into mature evergreens and aspens.

Founder's Place will include numerous lodge amenities such as; a resort pool deck, multiple hot tubs, large gym with fitness classroom, shared office space for owners, children's clubhouse room, teenager/adult game room, ski locker room, and in-house food and beverage cafe that delivers daily continental breakfast, lunch menu and après-ski in the afternoon. In-house residential managers that live on-site will be the main point of contact for owner needs, concierge, f&b, and ski valet.

Founder's Place residential units will include two to four bedrooms and luxury four-bedroom penthouses. Specific pricing is yet to be released, but word on the street is these will be priced competitively (possibly below many comparable Deer Valley properties) to ensure quick sales absorption once officially launched. The first phase should feature 32 condominium residences and seven penthouse suites - possibly starting at approximately $2 million.

UPDATE – Prices are very reasonable for this first phase. The developers at Founder's Place will start taking unit-specific reservations during Feb 1st - 14th. Below are the price ranges for the units that will be released for sale as the first phase:
